The challenge
Appointments were coordinated manually over WhatsApp, which led to double bookings and lost customer records.
What I did
- 01Built a custom Laravel backend with a MySQL model for services, slots and bookings.
- 02Built a secure back-office dashboard to manage appointments and publish content.
- 03Designed a warm, minimalist UI with clear navigation and direct conversion paths.
- 04Implemented dynamic meta architecture and schema markup for organic discovery.
